So when there’s an abundance of the deliciously gorgeous fruit and the heat gets on to you , you go and blend yourself one of these healthy beauties. A perfect summer drink for family and to serve to guests. Also great for sneaking in that fruity goodness into kids!

Watermelon Nutrition Facts : Very low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium.Good source of Potassium and very good source of Vitamins A & C.
Perfect summer beauty
1 ripe Organic Watermelon, cut in chunks
1 Cup chilled Water
1 Cup Crushed Ice
10-12 Mint Leaves, torn
1 Organic Lemon , squeezed
1/2 Teaspoon Salt/Black Salt/ Chaat Masala (or to taste)
1 Tbspn Brown Sugar (or to taste)
Makes 4 glasses
1. Cut the watermelon in chunks
2.Blend Watermelon,Water,Mint leaves, Brown Sugar,Lemon Juice, Salt/Black Salt/Chaat Masala.

3. Strain the pulp.

4. Fill serving glasses 1/4th , with crushed ice.

5. Garnish with torn Mint leaves and a Lemon wedge. Enjoy!
