The color of love. Of good health and natural gorgeousness.

Carrots keep the skin healthy and vibrant. They are high in beta carotene, an antioxidant converted to vitamin A inside the body. It helps repair skin tissue and protects against the sun’s harsh rays.

Apples are a storehouse of powerful antioxidants, with Quercetin being the most well-known. Quercetin is a powerhouse anti-aging antioxidant that boosts your body’s defenses against inflammation and damages to cells which are the two main causes that can cause aging. It also improves your body’s ability to manufacture collagen. Collagen helps to keep your skin healthy and improves its elasticity, making it look more radiant and healthy.

Apple juice also has Alpha hydroxyl-acid (AHA), which improves the skin. It helps in improving the look of your skin. AHA can also help reduce age spots and skin blemishes by stimulating the growth of new skin cells.

Ginger is known for its excellent digestive properties, helping keep the body clean & the skin clear. It is also full of the antioxidant, gingerol, which not only fights skin-damaging free radicals, but also promotes smoothness and evenness in skin tone. It is known for its anti-inflammatory properties, thus helping acne prone skin.
